Grangemouth Stadium will be closed on Sunday 16th February 2025 to host “The New Year Sprint”. The gym will be open as normal.
Car Parking will be available within Grangemouth Stadium and Grangemouth High School. Please be mindful when parking within the school and remove any rubbish.
Grangemouth Stadium is one of the premier training facilities in Scotland and hosts a large number of regional, national and international events, squad training days, and coaching conferences. We have been the home of many an Olympic and Commonwealth squad teams for training and we even boast the relocated Hampden track from the Commonwealth Games – train here and walk in the footsteps of such iconic athletes as Usain Bolt!
Grangemouth Stadium also has an excellent gym, where athletes and customers can train together. Offering a small variety of aerobic equipment, the remainder of the gym focusses on weight training, with Olympic lifting platforms and power cages.
