Jordanian-Palestinian pianist Iyad Sughayer was born in Amman.  He completed his International Artist Diploma at the Royal Northern College of Music  in 2019 and is an Associate of the RNCM.  He is also an inaugural YCAT Concordia Artist.

He has given recitals in the Wigmore Hall, the Bridgewater Hall & Stoller Hall in Manchester (broadcast by BBC Radio 3), Steinway Hall (New York) and many others.
